Shelly is a healing & mindset strategist, facilitating inner transformation, by elimination overwhelm and empowering by prioritizing regeneration and growth. She’s skilled in transforming hearts and minds of those who’ve had traumatic experiences. She infuses hope into her clients with a knowingness that anything is possible. Her clients are inspired and given tools to demolish mindsets that have gotten in the way of the life they desire. When the personal and professional components are in alignment, you can become the powerhouse that they were meant to be!
Shelly is also a lifelong entrepreneur and has committed to others to help them fulfill their dreams as an entrepreneur. She built her businesses as a single mother and pushed past all the obstacles that she was told were not achievable. She of course proved them.

Transformation Coach
She knows the answers lie within us and is determined to pull them out. as she helps individuals shift from broken to beautiful, as they overcome obstacles and shift from surviving to thriving. Shelly has seen the devastation of what remaining stuck can do. She volunteered in a prison for 10 years coaching some of the hardest cases of people without hope, only to confirm that there is nobody who cannot be transformed. She also knows the power of deciding to thrive, even when it seems impossible.
Spiritual Support
She knows trauma. As a victim and overcomer of sexual assault, to facing the fear of being stalked, to being a two time cancer survivor, she is more empowered than ever to thrive and help others do the same. Our greatest lessons come from our hardest trials. One who encounters Shelly will learn how to face all odds with hope, refuse to accept defeat, and learn how to be better than before!
